To steer this food revolution, Dvash boasts the talents of Managing Director: Miriam Barak, who is the mind and the hands behind every dish that leaves the Dvash kitchen. Miriโs food is bold, full of flavour and life.
Her dishes reflect a deep-rooted ambition that every bite should be as memorable as the one before it. For over a decade Miri has been sharing her dishes and has won over the likes of Madonna, Guy Ritchie and Natalie Portman who she has catered for privately.
