Miri Barak
MANAGING DIRECTOR
Miri started a small, homely catering company in 2008 as a way to channel her passion for cooking. She, like Meir, has both Israeli and Moroccan heritage. Her culinary style and creative palette was quickly identified as she developed a growing fan base in the nation’s capital.
After a string of high-profile events, Miri became the in-house chef of the London Kaballah Centre (based in Marylebone). Here, Miri crafted her trade and developed a deep knowledge of event and kitchen management. After this venture Miriam reverted back to working independently and has since risen up the ranks in Jewish community as a chef/caterer of the highest order, unrivalled in the ingenuity and uniqueness of her product.
